After many years working within the nonprofit sector and as a corporate accountant, Ben wanted to expand his impact beyond just one employer. Ben founded Szweda Consulting, LLC, to share his expertise and passion for seeing small businesses succeed with many business owners simultaneously. As an accountant, Ben instills his education, problem-solving mindset, and experiences gained across clients into every project he works on. When not leading his firm, Ben enjoys traveling, reading, and cycling.
